Shipping & Delivery Policy (Chryssi ScentzTalk)
Processing Time (Making Your Order)
All orders are processed within up to 2 weeks (14 business days). Many orders may ship sooner—processing time depends on whether the item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order.
Ready-to-Ship Items: These are already made and typically ship earlier.
Made-to-Order Items: These are poured/prepped after you order and may take the full processing time to ensure the best quality.
Shipping Time (After It Ships)
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and the option you choose at checkout. Shipping times are separate from processing times.
Order Updates & Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after it’s sent.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address before placing your order. Chryssi ScentzTalk is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping may be required to reship it.
Delays
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes. While we can’t control carrier delays, we will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages / Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
the outside of the package,
the inside packaging, and
the damaged item(s).
We’ll review and make it right.
